Our 4 Week Home Guide and our 6 Week Gym Guide are downloadable and printable pdfs that you can start using immediately. We believe that fitness is for every BODY and women of all shapes and sizes deserve to take up space, which is why we made our guides affordable and easy to use. We also believe in efficiency and purpose when it comes to fitness, which is why you’ll never see a burpee on our plans and all workouts average 30-45minutes of your day. All of our exercises can be modified by using lighter weights or swapping out for a similar exercise.
